"... It is only with gratitude that life becomes rich.”

Thank you for making a difference in the
lives of children with your support and sponsorship.
In 2018, $27,626.00 was given for water filters (552) and $3,026 for wells.
Every year, millions of people are affected by natural disasters. Regardless of a country’s economic or political standing, natural disasters can unexpectedly devastate individuals and communities. Clean drinking water is always one of the
top priorities for any disaster relief program.
According to World Vision, dirty water, poor sanitation and hygiene result in the deaths of nearly 1,000 children every day. A deep well can provide up to 2,800 gallons of safe, life-sustaining water for more than 300 people per day.
Water is life sustaining. In certain parts of the world finding potable water is a challenge. Clean looking water will often have contaminates in it.
ICCM Special Projects and Brazil Regional Coordinator Ray Babcock recently took water filters to distribute in Brazil. In one remote area, parasites in the water made the children very ill and caused them to miss a lot of school. The families who received the filters were pleased with the improved taste of their drinking water.

For more than five years, ICCM has partnered with The Eden Projects in Haiti. ICCM is providing Eden with land to grow fruit trees through our own schools and the sponsored children’s families. Parents sign agreements to participate in planting, protecting, watering and tending the trees planted around their homes. In exchange, they agree to allow the
trees to be counted, measured and studied in order to learn the best varieties of trees for each soil type.
Other trees will be useful in other ways, for instance nitrogen-fixing varieties, trees to provide lumber to be sold for
building furniture, and trees simply to reverse deforestation.
As we stand alongside our children and their families in Haiti, we realize that food security is a major problem. By providing animal projects (goat and chicken pilot projects are doing well), fruit trees, and agricultural expertise, we expand our impact.
We are making progress! We love to cooperate with our Creator to multiply food for the hungry children we serve.
Your gifts are helping!
