Scrapping for Children
by Raymond Babcock, ICCM
ICCM's central office is in transition as the World Ministry Center (WMC) of the Free Methodist Church is changing its location. Thousands of documents at the WMC have been digitized. More than 20,000 lbs. of filing cabinets were sold for scrap metal. This, along with other steel, copper and aluminum items generated $3,500 to help children in Campo Grande, Brazil, have significantly improved nutrition. (Ray is pictured with Daniel and Danny of Farnsworth Metal Recycling.)
ICCM is helping to expand the local FMC's children's cell group ministry which is "church" for about 200 children. It helps protect them from drug traffickers. We are working to expand this to a half-day program weekdays. We are seeking sponsors for 80 children: call 317-616-4740 or go to the website to sponsor a child from Campo Grande.

Hiding God's Word
These children in Cambodia have each received their own personal Bibles. They can now study the Bible on their own, take it to church and share from it what they learn with family and friends. They will hide God's word in their hearts. They will study it to know its truth and let it guide their lives.
Pray for them that they would grow in their personal faith. Pray they would come to know God more fully through the daily study of their Bibles.
Thank you sponsors and ICCM supporters who gave money in order for these children to have Bibles of their own. You are changing the lives of children.
